Nature of Products
Our products — including evil eye sprays, holy water, and sacred oils — are spiritual, ritual-based, and personal-use items. Due to their sacred and consumable nature, special conditions apply to returns and refunds.
Returns
- Returns are not accepted once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return only if damaged or incorrect items were received.
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered:
- Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged or incorrect item
- The outer packaging
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling
- Change of mind after purchase
- Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
